Esmeralda was so wonderful to work with in creating my custom engagement ring. She was incredibly patient with me despite my many questions and even a design change halfway through the process. She never became frustrated and was always kind, helpful, and understanding. She replied promptly throughout the entire process and would even give me a heads-up when she had days off. One of the best customer service experiences I’ve had while making one of the most important purchases of my life. I walked into Cerrone with absolutely no prior knowledge about diamonds or engagement rings and didn’t even have an appointment. From the moment I entered, I was warmly welcomed and made to feel comfortable right away. I was assisted by Esmeralda, the Assistant Store Manager, who guided me through the entire process with incredible patience and genuine care. She explained everything clearly — from choosing the right stone to understanding what truly gives value for the price. After visiting a few other jewellers that day and feeling quite confused, her expertise and honest advice made the decision so much easier. She helped me choose a beautiful ring within my budget, and the whole experience felt relaxed and genuine rather than pressured. After I proposed, my fiancée was absolutely awestruck by the ring. I’m so glad I walked into Cerrone that day — truly a wonderful experience and exceptional customer service.

Where can I begin! Margaret is one of the most amazing, knowledgeable and creative members of the staff at Cerrone. First, She helped my fiancé design my engagement ring based off a design of my grandmothers ring and then helped us design our wedding rings.
