Sydney is in New South Wales, on Australia's east coast, where summers are warm and humid, winters are mild and businesses keep to standard hours year-round with the usual public-holiday changes. Getting around Sydney is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy centres, and most suburban shops have their own car park. Public transport and ride-share apps such as Uber and DiDi operate across New South Wales's larger cities.

Chinese Noodle Restaurant in Sydney’s CBD offers hand made, pulled noodles and dumplings plus other popular choices from wok to pancake and buns. I ordered the hand pulled noodles stir fried with veggies and egg and a half order of the soup dumplings. Both dishes were truly authentic and fresh. All of the dishes on neighboring tables looked good while they lasted - everything was consumed very quickly giving compliments to the cooks for making such tasty food. Highly recommend

Cheap price, big portion, I love the handmade noodle here. But the soup portion is big. i wish that they can have small bowl so that I can try other food.

This is almost like a hole in the wall restaurant. Doesn't have the best aesthetics, but the food is great and is value money. The beef brisket in soup really hit the spot! We also tried the spicy lamb with rice, but the Sichuan chillies were too much and over powered the flavor.

I must say this place exceeded all expectations and served an incredible lunch, which is why I’m giving it the highest rating possible. It was such a pleasant surprise to find an authentic hand-pulled noodle shop tucked right in the middle of the CBD, surrounded by office towers. I ordered the hand-pulled beef braised noodles, which came with generous, juicy, and tender cuts of beef. The noodles were perfectly chewy and fresh, and the broth was rich, deeply flavorful, and comforting. The bok choy was cooked just rightβ€”still slightly crunchy, adding a nice texture contrast. The eggplant dumplings were another standoutβ€”packed with umami and a beautifully seasoned eggplant filling that paired so well with the fresh, crispy wrapper. Absolutely delicious food at very reasonable prices. Highly recommended!
