I was looking for a particular item and a worker by the name of Alex assisted me in the best way possible! Not only did he stop what he was doing, he led me to where the item was in such a kind manner. He said he was only a new worker but to me he had great customer service and enthusiasm. Give this man a raise!

Beware if you have bought items from outside the shop. The self checkout machines are intensively monitor you from many angles and staff are aggressively belittles you if you happen to be "caught" on camera even though you are not stealing. I feel like being accused as a thief even though I bought items that Coles do not sell.

Absolutely disgraceful the fruit display here most of it isnt even fresh it's bad rotten wat are the useless staff and supervisors doin are they blind?? Check the bloody fruits veges throw it in the bin when it's off !! Bad you cant sell rotten fruit if I was in charge many will be fired customers want fresh looking fruits veges ok!!!! Coles hire fresh staff not the fruits and even Marjanna said customer bags dirty her duty just put the things into begs n get the money and she was so rude with talking manners with coustmer. Her attitude like actress and she is working in Cole’s for little wages. She has to sit at home no need to do this job.

Self checkout scanner did not recognise item, and required staff to assist. Staff’s reaction is disrespectful. There was a delay in the item being scanned, I asked what was the issue, perhaps a delay? Staff’s reacted as suspecting the item was not scanned. But after a minute, the item was scanned automatically and staff did not apologise for suspecting customer. Coles should train staff behaviour and improve the self service machine.
