I love it! Someone recommended me to try cuts avenue and it didn’t disappoint, they referred me specifically Sherz as my hairdresser, she’s lovely and know exactly my style, highly skilled person. She also taught me how to style my hair next time. Will definitely back here soon.

This was my first visit to Cuts Avenue, and unfortunately it turned into a very disappointing and unprofessional experience. I was quoted $150 for a style cut and full head colour. After rescheduling my appointment, I received strange automated texts telling me to use commands like “status” and “loyalty,” which made no sense. When I arrived for my confirmed Thursday appointment, the hairdresser wasn’t there, and I was told to come back the next day. On Friday, after the service, I was charged $194.06 without being told the price had changed. I only discovered the overcharge when I checked my bank account at home. No explanation was given at the salon. Since then, I have called multiple times to resolve the issue. Sam refused to let me speak with the hairdresser and repeatedly said she was “not there.” My messages have been ignored, and the refund has been delayed with no communication. The haircut and colour were fine, but the lack of transparency, poor communication, and overcharging without consent make this salon very concerning. This is not how a professional business should operate.

Halfway through my haircut I’m already smiling because I can see that my thin hair can still be fixed through a master craftsman’s work. I’ve had my haircut in different shops here in Chatswood over the years- and now I think I’ve found my guy to cut my thinning male hair and make it look way younger. If youre considering coming over this place for a haircut - go and see Sam , he is the hairdressing wizard I’ve met here in Sydney. His 20++ years experience shows up when I needed it most. Thank you Sam (gentleman with glasses with an easy vibe).

I went to have highlights done on my hair and I couldn't be any happier with the result. Sam did a very good job and the service was very professional. The shop itself is very clean and has a friendly atmosphere. The price range is very reasonable for the services they offer. Would definitely recommend this hair salon.
