I highly recommend Dermalogica products and the exceptional therapist, Karen. I had a mini facial with her to experience and understand the products, and she made the session both informative and enjoyable. She began by scanning my skin and explaining that the deeper layers showed pigmentation and dehydration, which were contributing to my dull and uneven appearance. Karen recommended products that genuinely suited my skin’s needs and clearly outlined the essential do’s and don’ts for my routine. She was incredibly friendly, made me feel comfortable throughout the service, and maintained outstanding professionalism from the consultation through to the end.

January 2026, I had a “75 minutes Get started with Dermalogica” professional treatment with Karen at Dermalogica Chatswood - where my skin was analyzed and my concern was listened. The test showed that my face had very dry skin and that I had lots of dark spots built up over a long time. Karen then guided and suggested to me to have a “60 minutes pro power peel” as my next treatment - to target signs of aging and uneven texture. This peel treatment also helped to ensure my face is capable and ready to receive the next treatment - “melanopro peel treatment”. The “75 minutes Melanopro peel treatment” - was a clinical strength peel program that lasted 6 weeks and it worked well for me without causing any skin sensitivity and my skin showed a reduction of hyperpigmentation and dark spots. A few weeks after the “melanopro” treatment, I followed up with a “60 minutes Pro Calm” treatment - to restore skin balance and strengthen the skin’s barrier. This is particularly important as I had an intensive skin peel previously. While receiving the appropriate professional skin treatments, I also started to use some Dermalogica skin care products - to cleanse, tone, hydrate, maintain skin
