I'd been dealing with hamstring pain for over a year before I started seeing Arisa and she completely turned it around. She's so knowledgeable and explains things really well, which helps me understand what's going on and what I can do to get myself better. Her sessions are always fun too and the whole vibe at E.S. is fantastic. Can't recommend her enough.

I visited ES Physiotherapy for persistent shoulder and neck pain, and I had a great experience. My physiotherapist, Daniel, took the time to listen carefully to my symptoms and provided a tailored program of stretching and strengthening exercises, clearly explaining how each would support my recovery. He was also highly skilled in manually releasing the tight knots around my shoulder and neck, which made a noticeable difference. After just five sessions, my symptoms improved significantly! The entire team was warm and welcoming, creating a genuinely positive atmosphere 😊.

Daniel was amazing throughout the entire physio process. He was always super patient and informative. He helped explain the cause of my injury and the rehab process to a great extent and in a way that i can understand it. The rehab exercises were explained clearly and he helped make them memorable and fun. Overall perfect experience, would highly recommend coming here.

Had a great physio experience here with Daniel. I have impingement and labral tears in both my hips, primarily from running, and Daniel really helped me to understand my symptoms as well as giving great advice on stretches/ exercises I can do to reduce the pinching feeing I was experiencing. I couldn’t recommend more 😊 I was referred here by my doctor and was able to have 4 sessions with a Medicare rebate (max in a year is 5). So each session was $33.20 rather than $95.
