Ordered on 2nd of December 4:02 pm Decent drink. I ordered a jumbo sized brown sugar, instead of getting a jumbo sized cup. I GOT A LARGE SIZE. SO INSTEAD OF GETTING THE DRINK THAT I PAID 10 DOLLARS FOR I GOT A DRINK THAT IS $8.40! So did I get scammed yeah maybe. Please Gong Cha at least make me the drink the right size. Also when I asked the person behind the counter if that is actually a jumbo sized drink he said yes. So either he is a trainee or someone wanting to not REMAKE MY DRINK thanks a lot Gong Cha very nice. Might as well switch my main shop to Chatime inside the centre

This morning I went to buy matcha and oolong tea I bring my own cooling bag. The seller didn’t give me a straw. I wonder how I can drink it. This is such a bad experience from gong cha I travel from city just to try where is open early . Im a big fam of tea.This my first time bad experience.

It was a nice place to have a dessert. After having dinner, we decided to have a bubble tea instead of coffee. This place sells also chicken, so you can get snacks and drinks for your night meal at one place.

The service could really be better. You could make recommendations while asking about preference to the customer instead of letting them ponder forever. Staff need to take initiative to communicate and keep orders moving through. Also the lady at the hotstar got my order wrong, I had to pay extra and wait for more chicken. After I gave my order I even repeated it back to make sure they registered the same thing, the staff confirmed what I said but clearly they didn't understand or put it into the system.
