I really like Wootea but the service today so bad :)) I opened my order, my matcha was broken just after 5 mins when I pick it up :)

It's interesting reading these reviews as some of them didn't reflect my experience at all- maybe it depends on the server? I had a wonderful experience with someone yesterday afternoon for my first ever WooTea drink. I got the buckwheat milk tea with honey pearls, no ice and at the suggestion of the server, dropped the sugar down to 70%. This drink was perfection and if you haven't tried honey pearls, I'd highly recommend. The server was friendly and helpful. The drink was prepared very quickly and very well by this server. That's a 5/5 experience for me (I'd say I'm a self proclaimed heavy pearl drink drinker so have tried a lot 🧋) and thank you!

The teas are nice but you can't make changes to the level of sugar or ice. I bought there 4 because the tea is indeed good but stop going there because I am used to getting 30% sugar and less ice, which here i couldn't do.

We just went to this shop to get a drink. The customer service was ridiculous, got ask more than 10 questions. They don't know what they are doing. At the end we are about to walk off, they start laughing at us. What kind of customer service is this? I literally start asking them what are you laughing at, and they start arguing with us. We will never come here to buy drinks again! Photo has been attached with the staff member on the right don't know what they are doing and laughing. The one on the left is the one that arguing. They don't even deserve one star and should start looking for a new job.

Authentic Taiwanese tea spot ❤️ We adore their fruit tea, grapefruit oolong tea and peach fruit tea with green tea jelly. You can taste the real tea and fruit flavour is really refreshing! They offer something different to other tea shop 👍🏻
