I ordered a Cloud Matcha Latte and couldn't taste the matcha at all — it was basically just milk. The city store makes it properly, so I know how it's supposed to taste. I paid for this drink, not asking for a freebie. As someone who genuinely loves matcha, this is really disappointing. If drinks are going to be made like this, l'll probably stop supporting this outlet altogether.

Delicious tasting boba. I ordered this mango drink and the supreme brown sugar bubble milk tea, although I found the cheese foam a tad too salty for my liking. Drinks were $9.9 and $10.9 dollars and it was very tasty although one could argue they are overpriced which I slightly agree with. Nonetheless this could be a once-in-a-while special treat!

Went during the reopening and they had a BOGO deal so of course there was an incredibly long line BUT I must say the line moved surprisingly fast. We had at least 20-30 people in front and it only took half hour from joining the queue to getting our drinks. Mango grapefruit boom no sugar less ice - go get it, don’t get sugar cuz it has sugar already from the fruit, let me spread my agenda

Fri 19th (had buy 1 get 1 free offer but didn't buy) Mon 22nd June 12:32-12:55pm (buy 1 get 1 50% offer) Ordered: jasmine + longjing milk tea (both less sugar + hot) - sml line when arrive, ~5staff altogether - Staff bad at understand English, got order wrong, cashier not help and ignore ,(Didn't show screen for comfirm) (then that lady staff will waste time fumbling figiting waiting to ask other staff for help.) had to ask other staff who also not good at English and I had to repeat my basic order several times !!!? thankful they remade my order Correctly. While I as waiting (~20mins) the same cashier couldn't efficiently understand EVERY SINGLE English speaking customer and had to turn the ipad screen around for customers to jot down own order , (Heard several other customers waiting long time and had orders wrong , like 30mins + ) - can't order from app nor scan app qr code for points. - personally dislike app saying "not recommended" for no ice option when i just don't want my drink diluted/cold. My 1st time to try Heytea, so much better than I expected! It took me around half hour to get my drinks as there’s buy 1 get 1 free opening promo. Definitely will go back to try other beverages!
