Worst milk tea experience so far, ordered online. Went to pick up the order, almost half hour later, still not ready, turn out they have been prioritising the on-site order then Their own app then the orders from other third party apps such as Hungry panda etc. many of us stood there watching others came much later taking away their orders in less than 5 minutes. Eventually got my order about 11:45am. 36min after my order ready notice. The worse thing was that my order was made sometime when I was there. But got lost after the orders constantly piling up. The staff seriously struggled to find them. Also the problem with the staff, it seemed like only one front line staff know what is going on. The rest were running around busy as, doing not priority things. But non of them doing the correct things which was focus on serving the customer, sorting out orders. Customers have been asked to look for their own orders which they could have yelled out like other coffee shops. I’m not going back again.

Extremely disappointed with molly tea, purchased two premium jasmine milk teas, and one was not sealed properly nor was lid put on properly and entire drink spilled into my $500 new coach bag, over my airpods, portable chargers and phone. Called hurstville store to complain but was only offered a refund for the two drinks I purchased. The bag was swimming in milk tea, understand shouldn’t have put it in bag, but tea should’ve been sealed well regardless to avoid this.

Molly Tea Hurstville is honestly my go to spot, I come here 1 to 2 times a week and at this point I’m basically a regular. Part of me wants to gatekeep this place because it’s so much quieter and less chaotic compared to other Molly Tea locations. The waiting time here is usually around 5 minutes, while other stores can take up to 30 minutes, which makes such a big difference. My absolute favourite is the Jasmine Snowcap. The floral notes of the jasmine are strong in the milk tea, which I love, and the whipped cream is infused with jasmine as well and topped with salted pecans, it’s honestly perfect. I always end up getting an extra cup of whipped cream when I feel like spoiling myself. Another favourite of mine is the Velvety Cheese Matcha, which is just as good. Overall, the drinks are consistently amazing and the whole experience here is just so much better than other locations. Highly recommend!

The snowy Jasmine is my go to. First time trying the Hurstville branch and happy it tastes the same as Haymarket. Worth the 20 mins wait.
