Had a great experience at H ONE Salon. Went here to dye my hair which required bleaching, toner, and coloring. The resulting color looked perfect, 10/10. They also provided complimentary snacks and drinks during the session. As for the haircut, it was good and I approved it but after I came home I realized some parts were still a bit too long for my liking. I went back the next day and the owner himself kindly trimmed my hair for me without any extra charge for the revision. He was super friendly, patient and accommodating. Thank you to Charles and the team for the professional service. This is a very well-run business and it is clear that they truly care about their customers. The prices are very fair for the quality of the service provided. I'd highly recommend this place for people who appreciate excellence.

Such a lovely experience at H One Salon! I’ve been here a couple of times recently for my haircut and hair colour and it’s always been a great experience. The team does amazing work, my colour turned out beautiful and I absolutely love it. When I felt the colour was a little subtle, they kindly adjusted it for me without any extra charge, which I really appreciated. The pricing is also very reasonable for the quality of service. A big thank you to Charles and the lovely lady who helped, they were both so kind and made sure everything looked perfect. Highly recommend!

I've been going to H ONE salon for about 3 years now for cuts, usually with Raymond (an excellent stylist) and they've always done an fantastic job. The staff will give you exactly what you want, and are completely transparent with what will or wont work for your hair. Recently I got a keratin treatment done to deal with all the wiry new growth popping up in my hair, and the result is better than I expected! My fine, straight hair is usually poofy with a lot of flyaways that even hair spray cant tame; now all the frizz is completely smooth and super shiny. I waited 3 days before washing my hair again and its still just as smooth and soft as right after the treatment. Charles checked my hair type to ensure that keratin (other option being nanoplasty) was the best option, and Hotaka did an amazing job applying the treatment, and then cutting + styling my hair. You can see from the pictures of before, right after and after the first wash just how well the treatment has worked. Super happy with the result!

After 10 years of bleach-blonde, I finally went dark brown and my hair has never felt this healthy. Charles and the whole team (four lovely people looked after me) were so sweet and patient. They mixed the perfect colour, did some magic treatment that actually works (first time ever!), and styled it beautifully. The stylist who did most of the colouring barely speaks English but his care and attention were 10/10 – honestly some of the best service I’ve ever had. Grabbed the shampoo & conditioner too because they smell amazing and there’s zero colour chemical smell. Thank you Charles and team – you’ve got me for life now! Should’ve found you guys years ago ❤️

It’s the best salon ever! My hair is so silky—it’s never looked this beautiful before. The staff are incredibly kind and friendly too; I really like them.
