I attended Silk for a consultation because I wanted professional advice about Pico laser for my melasma. I wasn't booked in for Pico that day, I was seeking expert guidance on the best treatment plan. During my consultation with Andrew, he recommended that I first undergo Cosmelan, followed by Pico laser to treat any remaining melasma. I trusted his professional advice and proceeded with the treatment plan he recommended. This wasn't my first Cosmelan treatment. I had previously undergone Cosmelan at another clinic, so I knew what to expect. As I already owned all of the Cosmelan aftercare products (which I still use daily), Andrew agreed to discount the treatment to $999 as I didn't require another home care kit. Unfortunately, the treatment experience itself was very different to my previous Cosmelan application. The application felt rushed, lasting only a few minutes. My previous clinician took great care to apply the mask evenly, secured my hair with a headband and ensured the application was neat and consistent. I came here last week for anti-wrinkle Botox, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Pip was incredibly professional, friendly, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the appointment. I’m so happy with the results—they look natural and exactly what I was hoping for. I also really appreciated the two-week follow-up to make sure everything had settled perfectly and that I was happy with the outcome. The service from start to finish was exceptional. I came to Silk after extensively researching clinics in the area and let me tell you, I couldn’t be more happy with the results. The reviews don’t lie! Pip is an exceptional nurse, her professionalism, kindness and bubbly nature makes it so easy to relax. She’s knowledgeable, informative and fantastic at what she does. She listened to my concerns and explained everything clearly. Mary was professional and caring. The results looked natural and exceeded my expectations.
