Our family has been coming to Louie for over 15 years and we honestly couldn't imagine going anywhere else. He's not only an exceptional hairdresser, but someone who genuinely cares about his clients. He always takes the time to listen, offers honest advice, and somehow gets it right every single time. Fifteen years is a long time to trust someone with your hair and that's a testament to Louie's talent, consistency and the way he treats every client. Thank you, Louie, for always looking after our family. We truly appreciate everything you do and couldn't recommend you more highly!

I went to Hair To Hair in Hurstville on the 12th of April. I asked for a peekaboo, blonde on the bottom and black on the top half. I walked in and was greeted with complete disrespectful attitude, i was sat down and the person doing my hair did not bother to ask what i had previously in my hair before, if i've used boxed dye and if i'm even allergic to bleach. The hairdresser then mixed up the bleach and started applying it to the roots of my hair and barely any of the ends of my hair, i was then left with no timer, no check ups. After around 45-50 mins the same hairdresser came back and had a look at my hair and started to panic and rinse my hair, and then decided to apply more bleach to my hair when in the bowl. Ended up with patchy hair and decided to dye the patchy part orange, then was told they decided to put a toner on it rather than going with what i originally asked for. Left after 3 hours with patchy hair with 3 different colours, and woke up the next morning with a painful scalp and had dried blood all through the back of my hair. I then continued to go to 3 different hairdressers to get another opinion and was told i have chemical burns on the back of my head and there

I asked for the "Glam Up" package when I booked on the phone, which includes Cut + Treatment + Blow dry straight (priced at $49). I prewashed my hair as I didn't know if a prewash was included in the cost as I rarely get my hair done due to cost and it wasn't clear in the flyer. I sat on the chair and asked for a long bob yet only 1-2 inches were cut from the hair. I wasn't happy with the end result and wasn't asked if I was as the staff member was pushing their $70 salon shampoo and conditioner on me. I said no I was out of work and haven't cut my hair in 2 yrs so was trying to keep the visit affordable. TLDR: I was charged $46.20 for a trim with nothing else plus product push. Should have been $35 (+ card fee). Will not visit again. Here is the difference between the TRIM and RESTYLE. The main difference between a ladies trim and a restyle is the extent of hair removal and the level of change in the hairstyle. A trim is a short haircut that focuses on maintaining the length of the hair while removing dead, split ends, and keeping the hair healthy and strong. Such a great experience with Sandra! I was really scared to bleach my hair, but she explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable. She’s fast, reliable, and truly knows what she’s doing. The results turned out amazing, I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend her! ✨
