I had been curious about changing up my hair from shoulder length to getting hair extensions but I didn’t know how much it would cost for the installation, maintenance and upkeep so after standing at the front window like stalker a woman from the shop asked me if I had any questions… I was looking for a transformation (like going blonde or having a pixie cut or getting a Bob/Lob again) but during my consultation, a hair stylist asked me what my real hair concerns were and I said “thickness. My hair doesn’t have any thickness so maybe going blonde would help” she said maybe not 😅 My partner was with me and he didn’t want me going blonde. He and I expressed our wants to the stylist hoping to meet our needs halfway but still have me be a brunette. That stylist: Alisha! And she did her big one with my hair. She added extensions because I still wanted a big transformation, she informed me of the prices as we made adjustments (changes I wanted). I really appreciate that sort of consideration these days. I felt the prices were affordable here and I wasn’t getting upsold or pressured to add more. I was afraid of overpaying and leaving unsatisfied with my hair but that was not the case. I

I had a wonderful experience at Hermosa Hair! I went in for a wash and blow-dry and absolutely loved it. Michelle did such a thorough and relaxing hair wash—it felt amazing. Carmen styled my hair with a beautiful blow-dry, and I was so happy with the results. Both were friendly, professional, and did an excellent job. I'll definitely be back!

Jeannie and Annah did an absolutely good job on dyeing my hair pink. I was so nervous at first but the results never disappoints. They dyed it so evenly and beautifully. I paid $310 for my hair and it’s so worth it. I would definitely come here to re dye my hair again. Overall 5/5⭐️

Just had my hair toned and I’m honestly obsessed with the result! ✨ They took my colour from brassy to classy and the difference is unreal. The tone looks so much cooler, smoother, and way more natural. My hair feels fresh, shiny, and completely revived. Huge thank you to the team for working their magic and really listening to what I wanted. If your blonde is looking a little too warm or dull, I can’t recommend getting a toner here enough. Total glow-up! 💁‍♀️

Full transformation alert 🚨 I discovered HERMOSA salon last Saturday as I walked past noticing how busy it was, not a spare seat! Fast forward to today when I arrived for my appointment and met Jess. We looked through the photos I had of colours and hairstyles I had in mind and Jess talked through the options to achieve the look I wanted and hair extensions colours that would look perfect. I had the balayage pack, with a full head of foils, toner, treatment, two packs of tape extensions, cut and styled. As you can see in the before and after photos Jess did an amazing job. I love everything about my new look. I can’t believe it’s me, it was a complete transformation and my hair feels strong and healthy I’d highly recommend Jess, she is super talented and can envisage the end result before she’s even started!!. All the staff were all so lovely, it’s a great salon.
