Had a great experience today with Tolou and the other 2 hairdressers. It was very busy and Tolou took care of all customers with great time management. On top of that my hair came out better than I could have expected and I’m very happy with it. Tolou managed the store extremely well, even selling me product at the end which I was happy to purchase given my great experience at the store. Tolou did everything with a smile and think she is not only a fantastic colourist but extremely good at her role and an asset to the business. Well done Tolou and team!

I had such a great experience with Adeleh !She was incredibly professional, skilled, and paid so much attention to detail. I’m absolutely in love with my hair! On top of that, her customer service was outstanding she was so kind, friendly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole appointment. I highly recommend Adele to anyone looking for a talented hairstylist. I will definitely be coming back to see her again. Thank you so much, Adeleh ! 🌟🌟🌟

I went here for the first time last week and Nez, Helena and Gaya were amazing. They took so much pride in what they did and gave me exactly what I wanted (natural looking foils). On the day all the staff were lovely and worked together as a team. Will definitely return. Thank you ladies!!!

I visited this salon on April 1st for a simple haircut and basic colour. I clearly chose Package 1, which was advertised at $55. First, they cut my hair, and then they applied a simple colour to my short hair. However, at the end, I was charged $177 instead of the advertised $55. I pointed out the package pricing displayed in the salon, but the staff member refused to accept it. I explained that I have been to other branches where they strictly follow the listed package prices, not charge extra arbitrarily. After a long argument, they agreed to refund me $120. She got my account details. However, it has now been 9 days, and despite several follow-up calls, they keep delaying and not taking this seriously. This is extremely unprofessional and misleading pricing. I will be lodging a formal complaint with NSW Fair Trading. I do not recommend this salon at all.

Terrible experience! Walked in with 6 yo son for a basic haircut for back to school and a trim for myself as they were empty and thought it was convenient. Son's inspo pic was very basic, classic boys hair cut- longer on top, shorter on sides. Both of our haircuts were awful. I asked for a butterfly cut (a trim from my previous one), very little care taken, have since found big uneven steps in the layers. My son's cut was just awful, the fringe sat on a strange slant with square sides, the back was not blended at all, big uneven chunks stepping down. Absolutely nothing like the inspo pick. When I asked them to try to blend it a bit better, the hairdresser used thinning shears and took a few more big uneven chunks out the back. Paid $35 for his hair cut, realised he couldn't go to school like this so took him straight to another barber in the shopping centre who was appalled by the cut and was able to fix it. The uneven chunks were so obvious when he ran his comb through it. The new cut cost less than the original atrocity. Have certainly learned my lesson and hope you learn from this too. Will never go back.
