I love Anh Thu Nguyen’s classes! She brings great energy to every session and is knowledgeable, encouraging, and attentive to each person’s technique. She provides helpful corrections and always makes you feel supported throughout the class. Great location and easy to access. The studio has plenty of reformers, so it never feels too crowded. The trainers are friendly and helpful. I’d recommend booking your classes in advance, as they fill up quickly.

DO NOT SIGN UP WHEN THEY CALL YOU!!!! A filipino guy called Bensie Flores called me saying i only needed to pay $2 for 2 weeks upon signing. I was charged $39.95 + $2. He called me on a Sunday, I didn’t need to sign up but I thought I’d help a fellow out since it’s only $2 and I can cancel if I really decide not to go through it. And then I was charged an extra $39.95. Not right!

been loving it so much and enjoying Molly’s classes so much she always brings the spicy burns at almost every class I’ve attended of hers. They totally challenge me in the best way ever. Studio aesthetics is pretty and has a good amount of reformer beds.

Eden is very professional and efficient. Due to my busy schedule, I had to cancel my membership, and she helped me resolve it quickly. I would definitely come back again in the future if I have more time.

I’ve been with this studio for nearly a year. Absolutely love the instructors team and my faves Maryna, Ariana and Molly. Each one is so unique and clearly puts so much care into planning every session no two classes are the same. Maryna is sophisticated, caring and elegant, Ariana is eloquent, fluid and graceful and Molly is fun, supercharged and inspiring. Such a beautiful, motivating team. Thank you!
