I came here on the recommendation of my family who told me that this place had great service. My expectations were exceeded, the staff are so friendly and helpful and they welcomed all the customers with enthusiasm. They were so patient with me taking my time picking out new glasses and gave good recommendations based on my prescription. I also had an eye test with Jeffrey who was very professional and efficient. They have a HUGE selection of frames at good prices. Overall I had a great experience and highly recommend this shop for anyone looking for new eyewear. If you’re a Chinese speaker, the staff can speak Mandarin, Shanghainese, and Cantonese with you too.

A friend recommended I get my eyes checked at iContact Hurstville. Optometrist Jeffrey performed the test and explained every process thoroughly. He was very professional and wrote my prescription. Annie assisted me in choosing the best frame and transition color. My glasses were ready quickly. I am very satisfied with the quality of my glasses and their service. Highly recommended!

I bought my glasses at Icontact Erina. Unfortunately, it was lost. At the moment I saw the grand opening of Icontact Hurstville. I decided to get a new pair here due to the excellent experience at Erina. I had a good experience testing with Jeffery. And this place is well equipped too. He and Stephanie helped me with selecting a frame. They have a really nice selection of frames. Their service and experience in this field is unmatched. Highly recommended!

Cant believe the bad reviews.my family of 4 all had eye tests today and we were treated so wonderfully.the Chinese lady at front of house was very friendly and accommodating without any appointment and squeezed us all in. The optometrist had the loveliest manner and made my partner and 2 children and myself feel at ease.we first went to opsm who had no customers, 3 workers doing nothing yet couldn't fit us in . I would definitely go back for that experience today which made my nervous children relaxed and at ease and fitting me in without appointments .
