Highly recommend! I came in with tennis elbow, and instead of just treating the pain, Won helped find the underlying cause and put together the right treatment plan for me. I've already noticed a huge improvement, with significantly less pain in my elbow and associated areas. I'm so happy with the progress and really appreciate the care and expertise throughout the process. 😊

Beth is an amazing physio! I’ve been going to her for a few months for my lower back injury and she has been great in taking me through exercises to incorporate into my own routine, making sure to progress properly without risking any re-injury. Beth also did dry-needling on a few occasions and I can definitely feel that my muscle tightness has improved. My lower back is pretty much fully recovered now - much of which can be attributed to Beth’s expertise.

Great experience with Won. I’d been dealing with left knee pain for about two years after a running injury, and he was able to identify the issue from the first session. By the second visit, we had a clear plan in place, and after four sessions I’ve already improved a lot. The treatment was hands-on and practical, including movement work and dry needling, which really helped release tight muscles. The rehab program is straightforward and easy to follow, and I feel confident building my strength back up now. Highly recommend Won!

​I highly recommend Won for anyone dealing with persistent pain. I came in with knee issues that had been bothering me for weeks and I was immediately impressed by how thorough the initial assessment was. He is a fantastic listener, incredibly patient and takes the time to truly analyze the root of the problem. Within just a week of following his guidance, I’m already feeling a noticeable improvement.
