I’ve had an excellent experience with Nerissa. From the very first appointment, she made me feel comfortable with her warm, positive attitude and genuine kindness. She’s always smiling, incredibly approachable, and creates an environment where you immediately feel at ease. I’ve been quite anxious about my injury, but Nerissa has been amazing at reassuring me and explaining everything clearly. She takes the time to listen, answer my questions, and make me feel confident throughout my recovery. Her knowledge and professionalism are outstanding. It’s obvious that she’s highly skilled and truly passionate about what she does. Every treatment feels thoughtful and tailored to my needs, and I always leave feeling supported and motivated. I’m very grateful to have Nerissa as my physiotherapist and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for exceptional care. She’s an absolute credit to the clinic.

I can recommend Quay Health. I have had persistant back pain for a number of years. The physio / osteo team have given me the best relief and training to remain pain free. Keren is always friendly and attentive. Explains what she is doing and has had managed to get me feeling the best in years. Shes always up for a good chat too. If you are looking for an Osteo or Physio. JUST GET THERE.

I can’t recommend Quay Health and Nerissa enough. They were personable and took the time to understand my concerns. Highly recommend! I had a fantastic session with Clint and it’s clear he really knows his stuff. He is incredibly well-versed in anatomy—actually naming individual muscles as we went, which helped me understand exactly what was going on. He was able to pinpoint precisely which muscles were hurting, figure out the root cause of the tension, and apply the perfect fix, incorporating some highly effective dry needling. The overall service was excellent, and I left feeling significantly better. I'll definitely be back!

I had a great experience at Quay Health! From the moment I walked in, the staff were welcoming, professional, and attentive. The clinic itself is clean, well-organized, and has a very calming atmosphere. A special mention goes to Nerissa, who is an outstanding physiotherapist. She took the time to thoroughly assess my condition, clearly explain the treatment plan, and make sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. I’ve noticed significant improvement since starting my sessions, and I always feel confident that I’m in good hands. I highly recommend this clinic!
