I came here with ankle issues, and Anson and the Physico Team took great care of me throughout my recovery. I learned a lot of exercises to improve my strength and stability, and always felt well supported. I had quite a long drive to get there, but it was absolutely worth it. The team is professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about their patients. Highly recommended! Thank you all. 😊

Saxon provided an excellent treatment plan following my car accident, and my recovery timeline far exceeded my expectations. He is highly experienced, diligent, and genuinely cares about his patients and their recovery. Saxon has a calm and professional manner, and throughout the process I felt fully supported and confident in the care I was receiving. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone seeking a physio.

I can’t recommend Saxon highly enough. The level of care and attention he puts into every session is exceptional. Not only is he incredibly knowledgeable, but he’s also genuinely personable and easy to talk to, which makes a huge difference. Saxon takes the time to really listen and understand what’s going on, and you can tell he truly cares about his patients and their outcomes. His focus isn’t just on short-term fixes, but on helping you recover properly and become the best version of yourself. The whole experience is made even better by the receptionist, who is always on top of everything, friendly, organized, and incredibly helpful. Because of this, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. This is a great place overall and will always be my go to.

Had a really great experience at the clinic with Ms. Aditi. She was very thorough in assessing my injury and took the time to explain what was going on in a way that was easy to understand. I appreciated how she didn’t just focus on treatment, but also on helping me understand how to manage my training load and prevent it from happening again. She’s also very patient and made me feel comfortable throughout the session. Definitely feel more confident about my recovery now. Would highly recommend!

[Highly Recommend Dr. Saxon] Dr. Saxon is professional, skilled, and genuinely caring. His massage techniques are excellent, and he also took the time to teach me specific exercises to strengthen my weak muscles. I even received a video with clear instructions through their app, which makes it easy to follow along and practise every day. As a Bupa member, the claiming process was simple—I just needed to show my membership card. Overall, a smooth and positive experience.
