I was served by Gabby who was such an epic person. Genuinely awesome customer service, I came in looking for a digi cam (because what am I if not a pinterest girlie) and Gabby (seemingly a fellow pinterest girlie) showed me right over and explained everything so well. Here's where the customer service goes to like the highest possible level, on top of being super helpful and just the general 'I work at JB HiFi and am therefore a cool person' vibe, Gabby helps me see the difference between models by showing me HER photos that SHES taken? Like HELLO? Diva thank you so much! It was actually so helpful and I would have made the opposite, wrong choice if she hadn't. I am so hyped and confident that I got the right thing. Just awesome customer service, I hope JB HiFi realises how lucky they are to have you!

I recently purchased a MacBook Air from JB Hi-Fi city Galeries Sydney, and I had a fantastic experience. The MacBook was offered at a very competitive sale price, making it an excellent value for money. The sales assistant who helped me was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient throughout the whole process. They answered all my questions, explained the different options clearly, and made sure I chose the right MacBook for my needs without any pressure. Unfortunately, I forgot to ask for their name, but they truly deserve recognition for their outstanding customer service. The checkout process was smooth and efficient, and the overall shopping experience was pleasant from start to finish. It's always great to deal with staff who genuinely care about helping customers rather than just making a sale. I highly recommend JB Hi-Fi Westfield Sydney to anyone looking to buy electronics. Great prices, excellent customer service, and a hassle-free shopping experience. I'll definitely be returning for future purchases and would happily recommend this store to my family and friends. I rarely leave negative reviews, but today’s experience was disappointing. I purchased a $3,500 Alienware PC and came to the store to collect it. The middle-aged lady who initially helped me was friendly, welcoming, and professional. She asked me to wait while my order was prepared, and everything was going well. Unfortunately, once a younger male staff member took over, the experience changed completely. His attitude was cold, arrogant, and dismissive from the very beginning. I was polite throughout the interaction, yet he spoke and acted as if I had somehow offended him or was inconveniencing him simply by collecting my order. It made me feel very uncomfortable. What made it even more disappointing was the packaging. After putting such an expensive computer into a paper bag, the bag couldn’t even be carried properly by its handles because it wasn’t large or strong enough. I had to support the bottom of the bag the entire time because it felt like it could tear at any moment. For a $3,500 purchase, I expected much better. ⭐ 1/5 Purchased a smartwatch from JB Hi-Fi The Galeries store in Sydney. The item was originally priced at $549, discounted to $479, and after price match I paid $477. It was sold to me as brand new. However, immediately after leaving the store, I noticed the product was dusty and showed clear signs of prior handling. It did not appear to be in new condition. When I returned to the store, I was informed that it was a “change of mind return” from another customer, which was not disclosed during the sale. A replacement unit was only provided after I questioned it. This experience is disappointing and has affected my trust in this store. Customers should be clearly informed if an item is not brand new, and staff should be better trained to communicate product condition transparently at the point of sale.

Georgia is AMAZING! She helped me buy a Samsung 26 Ultra and did all the math and made me feel so comfortable with my purchase. She’s honestly the BEST!!! Thank you ☺️
