5 Stars (with a slight detour through Baffled Town) Alright, listen up corporate overlords: give Raian a pay raise and hand the bloke a ice-cold VB already. Raian is a deadset legend. In a world where good staff are harder to find than a cheap pint, this legend is out here running a tight ship and keeping the place humming. That said, some of the floor staff give off serious "I’d rather be anywhere else" energy. The other day I asked for an item in-store, and I was told—get this—that they couldn't be stuffed looking for it, so I should just go home, order it as Click & Collect, and let that team find it because it helps their "KPIs." Da fudgey?! Since when am I doing life admin at home so someone’s spreadsheet looks pretty? Absolutely wild. Thank God for Mikey in Portable Audio. Bloke is an absolute star. His product knowledge is so sharp he probably dreams in decibels, and he knows his department like the back of his hand. Look, he’s got a bit of a classic Aussie no-nonsense front on him—not the type you just casually waltz up to—but the second he approaches you? Absolute heart of gold. Tommy in the Telco section was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable with helping me purchase my new phone. He wasn't too pushy with trying to sell me anything else but was happy to answer questions and let me know about extra coverage options as well as accessory availability. Visited JB Hi-Fi at the Strand to purchase a new set of wireless headphones. Saw a JBL product online I liked, and was navigating my way around the store when I was approached by a team member named Mikey. He was super friendly and directed me to the personal audio section of the store and guided me through the range of products. Settled on an item and he then suggested that a better price might be available from the RRP. Processed the transaction on the spot without even having to head to the counter, invoice and all! Super happy with my shopping experience and Mikey's fantastic customer service. Great product, great pricing and totally hassle free!

Weird store with a few stairs in the middle of the store to a different level. And little bit cluttered more than usual for JB Hi-Fi stores BUT THE STAFF ARE AMAZING!!! Whoever manages and runs that store needs a hat on the back for the level of customer service. They have instilled in their staff. Absolutely fantastic.
