I had an amazing experience with Rihana at JB Hi-Fi. She was so kind, friendly, and patient throughout my visit. She spoke very politely and took the time to answer every question I had without making me feel rushed. Her knowledge and excellent customer service made it so much easier for me to choose the right laptop and head phone. Thank you, Riana, for your generosity and professionalism. You truly made my shopping experience enjoyable. Highly recommend her!

I had an outstanding experience at JB Hi-Fi thanks to Thomas G. From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything I needed to know about my new Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra, answered all of my questions with patience, and provided genuine advice that helped me make the right decision. His customer service was exceptional, and I never felt pressured at any point. It's rare to come across someone who is so passionate about helping customers and making sure they leave happy and confident with their purchase. A huge thank you to Thomas G for making the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. He's a real asset to JB Hi-Fi, and I highly recommend asking for him if you're looking for honest advice and outstanding customer service. Five stars!

KAHLI I recently lost my job and didn’t have enough money to buy a new headset. Luckily, I still had a headset I purchased from JB Hi-Fi about a year ago. I would like to thank Kahli for being incredibly helpful throughout the process. While my issue was being handled, I noticed that every staff member remained friendly, welcoming, and professional. They greeted customers with genuine smiles and treated everyone with respect, whether they were making a purchase, exchanging a product, or reporting a problem. As a psychology student, I can see how strongly this reflects JB Hi-Fi’s commitment to branding and customer experience. The staff are not just salespeople—they make customers feel comfortable, valued, and supported. What stood out most was that the team continued to care for customers even when a product had an issue, rather than focusing only on the sale. I’m also confident that JB Hi-Fi is fortunate to have Kahli on the team. Not only does she clearly understand customer service and the brand very well, but she also shows strong leadership qualities. I was getting Paige and Nick here and thay both taking care of me pretty good. Got my galaxy watch here for after a few while. The service was excellent.

Visited on the afternoon of May 2 to buy a Nintendo Switch Lite and an SD card. The staff member with long black hair in a striped top was really friendly and helped me out quickly. Really Great service!!
