We had an outstanding experience at JB Hi-Fi thanks to Kevin！ We visited the store on Monday evening, just before closing time, looking for advice on buying an OLED TV. Even though it was almost closing, Kevin never rushed us. Instead, he took the time to answer every single one of our questions with incredible patience and professionalism. He explained the differences between the various OLED models clearly, listened carefully to what we were looking for, and offered honest recommendations without putting any pressure on us to make a purchase. His product knowledge was excellent, and he made what could have been a confusing decision much easier. It's rare to receive such attentive and friendly customer service, especially at the end of a long workday. Kevin's patience, enthusiasm, and willingness to help really stood out and made our shopping experience enjoyable. A big thank you to Kevin for going above and beyond. He's a real credit to the JB Hi-Fi team, and we'll definitely be back because of the excellent service we received!

Kevin assisted me and he was absolutely amazing. He took the time to answer all of my questions and clarified every doubt I had. He also provided me with a great offer. I can't say enough good things about his service—he was professional, knowledgeable, empathetic and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process.

I bought a coffee machine from JB Hi-Fi and overall had a good experience. The store had a decent range of options, and it was easy to compare different models before making a decision. The staff were helpful and answered my questions about the machine, which made the buying process much easier. The coffee machine works well and does what I need it to do. Pricing was reasonable, and the checkout process was quick. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the store was a bit busy, so it took a little while to get assistance.

I went here and want to get an laptop, the person tried to upsell me too much. He asked my major and tried to make my major as a heavy work so i need a better laptop. I slightly said I have a heavy laptop and it's quite good (i did 3d creation), he didn't catch it. But he was willing to help and friendly. I couldn't get a better price. The discount price was higher than the original price in officeworks. Plus, I don't like in the display section they didn't show the detail of the laptop.
