A great-looking store in a busy and prominent location. I had two excellent experiences with team members who provided outstanding customer service. They approached me confidently, asked relevant questions, listened carefully and made a genuine effort to find the right products and sizes. They also suggested additional items that genuinely suited my needs rather than simply trying to upsell. The only slightly disappointing part was the final interaction at the counter. After such a personalised experience on the shop floor, the checkout felt quite abrupt and transactional. A simple question such as, “How did everything go?” or “Is there anything else we can help you with?” could create a warmer ending. It could also be an opportunity to mention any loyalty benefits or future offers. In today’s increasingly online and AI-driven world, physical stores have a real opportunity to stand out through genuine human interaction, especially at the final stage of the customer experience. Having worked in a similar retail environment, I understand how challenging it can be to provide consistent service in a busy shopping centre. I had a disappointing experience with Mojdeh. While I was browsing clothing, she repeatedly gave me dirty looks that made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome, as if I wasn’t supposed to touch or look through the items. I ended up asking another employee for her name because of how noticeable her behavior was. Customer service should make shoppers feel welcome, not judged. I hope management addresses this issue.

Came here around a couple days ago and the staff were very cordial but the prices were crazy! Idk if the prices have gone up due to inflation but i was looking at a shoe for my boy and it was nearly 300 bucks for his size of 9. Maybe its not the stores fault as haven't been to other stores but be warned that the prices are insane nowadays.

2nd time, 2nd unpleasant experience, absolutely useless, no one know what is going on, waited 25 minutes for 2 pairs of the same shoe same size, 1 wrong size came , 2nd pair one shoe inbox, no one to help in relocating other shoe , gave up and left with leaving both behind? Irritating and useless store, will not be returning

The staff member zoned at the entrance offered to assist me looking for shoes, at first she was helpful but when she asked what size I am she froze up and was unable to convert EUR size to whatever metric they use at this store. She said the size I asked for doesn’t exist and if I’m another size instead, I asked to see a size chart if she’s unsure about EUR sizing because I don’t know what size they are referring to. I figure all the shoes have EUR sizing on them anyway? She ended up getting me out two pairs of the completely wrong sizes and she didn’t stick around to assist further. I had to get another team member to go find the actual size I’d asked for (he did it with no difficulty at all) and I made a purchase, albeit very disappointed with the customer service culture in this store.
