Very disappointing experience today. When ordering, I clearly told the staff member that I had four items in total (three cake slices and one large cookie) and specifically mentioned that I didn’t think the box she selected would be large enough, it is literally smaller than my daughter’s hand. However, the staff insisted that everything would fit and proceeded to cut the cakes. Unfortunately, she then accidentally cut four cake slices instead of three. After we pointed out the mistake, she removed the extra slice, but by then the remaining cakes had already been squeezed tightly together in the box. The sides of the cakes were damaged, with cream and decorations pressed into each other. As shown in the photo, the presentation was completely ruined. What was even more concerning was that after removing the extra slice, I did not see the cakes being re-weighed or the price being rechecked. By that stage I was in a hurry and didn’t have time to go home and verify whether the charged weight still accurately reflected what I received. These cakes were purchased for a children’s playdate, so presentation actually mattered. It’s frustrating when a customer raises a concern in advance

Had a really lovely experience at Kürtősh recently. The atmosphere was warm, cozy and welcoming from the moment we walked in. The café smelled fine because of the fresh pastries and coffee, and everything looked beautifully presented. We tried a few different desserts and pastries and they were all fresh, soft and full of flavour. The coffee was also very smooth and well made. What stood out the most was the friendly and patient staff who made the experience feel comfortable and relaxed even during a busy time. The seating area was clean, nicely arranged and a great place to sit and chat for a while. It’s one of those places that feels both casual and special at the same time. Definitely a spot worth visiting if you enjoy quality desserts, good coffee and a pleasant atmosphere. I’ll happily come back again and try more items from the menu.

​I had an incredible experience at Kürtősh in Chatswood Chase. If you are looking for a spot that nails both the aesthetic and the flavor, this is it. ​The standout for me was the Pistachio Croissant. It was perfectly flaky and golden on the outside, while the pistachio cream was rich, smooth, and had that authentic nutty flavor without being overly sweet. It paired beautifully with their Iced Latte, which was well-balanced and provided the perfect caffeine kick for a shopping break. ​The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, making it a great place to sit down and recharge. The staff were friendly and the service was quick, even during a busy afternoon. ​Whether you're there for their famous chimney cakes or a classic pastry, you really can't go wrong. I’ll definitely be coming back to try more of the menu! ​Highlight: The pistachio cream is a must-try!

As a regular local customer, I always enjoy coming back to Kurtosh at Chatswood Chase. The team is consistently friendly and welcoming, which makes a big difference. The coffee is excellent — they use Seven Miles beans, and you can really taste the quality and consistency in every cup. It’s easily one of the better coffees in the area. Their bakery is also outstanding — fresh, delicious, and definitely the best in Chatswood in my opinion. Great coffee, great food, and great service. Highly recommended.

Had a great experience at Kurtosh Chatswood Chase. We tried the famous chimney cake (filled with Nutella) and it was made fresh right in front of us. The smell of the freshly cooked pastry wafting through the shop was incredible — it was an instant seller! Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and perfect with Nutella. We also tried their cookies, including the best seller Churro Cookie and Princess Jasmine (inspired by Dubai chocolate). When warmed, they were absolute perfection — soft, flavorful, and really satisfying. Their matcha drinks were also spot on and paired really well with the desserts. Overall, a fantastic spot if you’re craving something sweet and freshly made. Definitely worth a visit!🥰🤩👌
