Clementine did an amazing job straightening my hair with great care and attention. Lilac Hair Salon is very popular, but they have plenty of staff, so I was able to get my hair done without an appointment. The prices are also better than many other salons in Sydney. Thank you for the friendly consultation. I highly recommend this salon!:)

Absolutely fantastic service! Friendly and welcoming customer service as soon as I arrived. If there’s a wait, they give you a ticket. I still wasn’t waiting long. The service was also quick too. I showed them an example photo of how I wanted it to look and the barber doing my haircut got it right the first time. Normally I need to give some pointers and ask for adjustments, in this case, long needed: perfect on the first go! Very reasonably priced too for how great a job they do. Would highly recommend anyone go here!

Overall, great experience. Ask for William Wu, great fading skills. Trash vision for haircut, DO NOT ASK HIM TO PICK YOUR HAIRCUT. Very punctual. Young lad. William Wu is only a decent barber, the greatest barber they have is the guy with white hair on the normal side, not express side. Owner doesnt use card machine on weekends, we all know why. Bring cash. Very cheap, take all their candy.

Great value and excellent service! Just did a walk-in and didn’t even wait 10 mins before it was my turn. Shaun did amazing with my hair. Definitely my new salon ❤️‍🔥

The uncle was very kind and gentle with my hair throughout the time I was there. Despite the comments, I can confirm uncle shampooed my hair twice. He even used two hairdryers to dry my hair which I’ve never seen before in my life. The haircut wasn’t the best as he cut a bit too much on the sides but overall I am happy with it as it wasn’t uneven and I know it’ll grow out fine. The lady at the front desk was nice offering me water and lollies. Thank you 😊
