I've purchased a few pieces from Alice and the team over the years and always find myself coming back! They're super helpful when it comes to customising designs, and they're always upfront and transparent about pricing. Every piece I've received has turned out beautifully. The quality is fantastic, the craftsmanship is excellent. Couldn't be happier with the experience and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for custom jewellery

Every one we spoke to Lovelle was so kind, patient and knowledgeable. It really helped us pick out our dream wedding bands which we customised. They even advised us that getting a more expensive gem wouldn’t necessarily achieve the look we wanted because of the band style. This showed us that they wanted us to have the ring we wanted rather than just focusing on us spending money. Highly recommend! Lovely store and gorgeous jewellery

Thank you to the team at Lovelle for making the purchase of my engagement ring a breeze. The ring is absolutely stunning and even more beautiful in person - I'm so proud to wear it. I live in another state - so, all communication was either by phone or email. Each staff member was prompt and clear from the outset - answering all my questions and sending pictures. The ring means even more to me because the owner knew I wanted a three-diamond design and shared the story behind the stones — past, present, and future. It's the perfect symbol for my late father, my mother, and my husband.My mum and husband also said that’s beautiful . We chose this design together!

My wife is from Canada so when I proposed I had a snowflake ring made. 10 years on and I needed something special once more. Lovelle had an amazing snowflake ring but I wanted a set of earrings instead. They were more than accommodating and were amazing to communicate with and kept my updates throughout. I needed these posted and they took amazing care, took photos before sending and everything arrived and is amazing. Faultless service and amazing craftsmanship. Highly, highly recommend.

The communication with the seller was great from the start — always kind, patient, and helpful throughout the whole process. The rings arrived earlier than expected and looked beautiful right out of the box. My wife’s band is delicate, solid, and absolutely stunning. She finds it super comfortable and we were both really happy with how it turned out. At first, I was disappointed with the men’s band. There was a recessed area underneath that made it uncomfortable to wear — it felt like two dull edges pressing into my finger and left marks. It didn’t feel as solid as I expected, and I honestly wouldn’t have bought it if that detail had been mentioned. **Updated Review** But when I shared this feedback, the seller offered to fix the issue by filling in that part of the ring (for a extra fee). I just received the updated version and it’s a huge improvement — much more comfortable and feels way better on the finger. I really appreciate that they listened and found a solution. I’d definitely recommend they offer this updated version as the standard design (see the third photo I attached). Overall, really happy with the experience and thankful for the great support!
