Great experience at Mick Simmons Sports! The staff were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, and they had a great range of quality sporting gear. Excellent customer service and competitive prices. Highly recommend!

Had a very unhappy experience at the Mick Simmons store in George St. They put the wrong numbers on a jersey despite written instructions. Store manager flat-out lied repeatedly and wouldn’t replace the jersey - or contribute to the cost of replacing it - despite it being available online. Absolute joke.

I went into the store wanting to purchase a wallabies rugby shirt, the shirt was located near the entry/exit to the store. When looking for the size shirt I inadvertly triggered the alarm in the store due to the shirt having a plastic sensor on it. Along came a stropy piece of a salesman who was very rude in telling me that I should move away from the doorway and wanted to know if I was going to buy the shirt. A word to the manager "try a bit harder with the customer service". Anyone reading this, I advise you not to purchase off this particular store as they don't have any resect for the customer.

The shop is very well located, in the Mid Center.Offers a wide range of products. The prices are not cheap, but the items are official. We really liked the variety and ended up making a significant purchase to take back to our country.

I visited Mick Simmons while I was in Sydney and had such a great experience! I picked up a Mercedes F1 T-shirt and hoodie I’d been wanting for a while, and both were perfect. But what really stood out was the staff. They're so kind and welcoming. I stopped by around noon on July 15th, and the two team members who helped me were amazing. One of them even said "Hello" in Korean, which totally made my day! It was a short visit, but I felt really comfortable and genuinely happy while I was there. Can’t wait to stop by again next time I’m in Sydney!
