As someone who has worked for over a decade in luxury retail, I think it’s natural to be rather critical when it comes to customer service. You become good at detecting lip service and bs but on this one occasion at the Rebel store, I was truly impressed by the services offered by Hanna (I think that’s her name). Despite seemingly covering a whole floor by herself with 3-4 customers requiring assistance at the same time to try on shoes, she retained her composer and was highly professional. I made it clear from the start that my budget for a new pair of running shoes is on the lower end but that didn’t prevent her from offering any lesser of a service. She was highly knowledgeable and clearly explained the different options and technologies that running shoes employ as well as on the importance of a good pair of shoes to prevent injuries. While I didn’t purchased a pair on the spot, she still made me feel welcomed and important as a person. Product and brand knowledge can be easily taught to anyone but true great customer service and a pleasing disposition are rare because they are intrinsic and Hanna embodies those characteristics. A true gem to Rebel sports.

Terrible store. I walk all this way to buy a soccer jersey for my 6 year old son. The guy locks me out at 5:58pm. I caught an Uber her from the city then they guy at the front is talking at me through the glass. I told him I just want to buy a soccer jersey for my son and he said NO I can't . I even asked can you check for my son if there is his size and he says NO I can't. TERRIBLE SERVICE AND TERRIBLE STORE. THIS IS HOW THEY TREAT CUSTOMERS AND FOREIGNERS! NEVER SHOP HERE. I'm never coming here to this store ever again. How can you tell a 6 year old boy that wanted a soccer jersey NO. That's unreal, now my son is sad and let down. This is so disappointing and terrible.. DO NOT SHOP HERE! the guy is just standing around doing nothing even as I am writing this. UNREAL!

Thank you so much to Dominic at the Rebel store next to the Apple Store. He is incredibly passionate about what he does and gave me excellent advice on choosing the right running shoes. He took his time with me, was very patient, and made sure I felt confident with my choice. Really appreciate the outstanding service—highly recommend asking for Dominic if you visit!

I went to Rebel today to grab a few things, but honestly, most of the shelves were empty — they’re running out of stock on almost everything. On top of that, they had four billing counters but only one person working, and the queue was so long. I had to wait around 15–20 minutes just to pay for a pair of socks. Really poor service experience.

I tried to leave a review of the Celsius GS2 and leg press I purchased on the rebel website. However my review was blocked by rebel online staff as it wasn’t completely positive. I don’t recommend following the online reviews directly from their website. I’ve tried to review the product a few times now and staff block my reviews each time. The gym itself is nice, works well. No complaints for the price. However I purchased it on 25/02/25 and the item i received was build 2022. The item had a large amount of deep scratches, chipped paint, bits of rust, bent sections of metal (likely from being shipping around / moved around in warehouses over time.) the weights to go with the item which were packaged separately were covered in mould (every single weight). I raised this online on the 12/03/25 with no response. After raising it 3 more times I’m now getting passed around to different online help staff who are not being helpful / not replying . Overall a waste of time for the value of the product. The help staff are now not replying to my emails or phone calls. Overall I like the product, I think it’s a good purchase however the unit I received looks secondhand and a few years old.
