A gentleman named Charles- was exceptional in helping my son find basketball shoes- respect- kind and knowledge- he should be running the store with that type of customer service!

I had a great experience with Charlie. He was incredibly helpful, patient, and gave me excellent advice throughout my visit. I came in looking for shoes because I have issues with heel pain, and Charlie took the time to listen and recommend the right options for me. His knowledge and genuine care made such a difference. I really appreciated his help and felt truly looked after. Thank you.

Organised. Friendly. Properly staffed. I went into adidas in Pitt street, was not greeted or asked if I needed anything despite making eye contact with 3 staff members. At rebel, I was greeted, the transaction was super easy, I asked about sizing and wanted a smaller size and she was happy to check as well as knew her products!! Advised that the brand runs tighter than most and asked another member to confirm. Staff were genuinely happy to help. Fluid, easy, friendly. Well done guys.

After a 12 hour search endless traveling across Sydney I now have what I came for.. thanks to the guy who made sure I received this direct from the store room when actually he could have just said” not in stock yet”.. such a crazy small thing to most .. but to me and the person receiving this overseas.. we are truly grateful
