I went to this store at 7am to print an A2 poster for a school assignment, and I wasn’t treated respectfully by one of the female staff members. I wasn’t aware you had to book in, as I’ve had people that I know go there instantly to print an A2 size without any bookings. Considering it was 7am — when the store just opened — I thought that could also allow heaps of time and there is not many customers. I approached the desk politely asking if I could get help with printing an A2 poster and was responded with attitude, asking me why I left it last minute and was treated with short temperature. I understand now that you have to book, but there was no reason to be treated like this. She did it for me anyway saying that to print it would take a long time but in reality it took 5 minutes. All of that to just take 5 minutes to print, I was constantly appreciative and didn’t rush her at all. As I was leaving she didn’t even consider my acknowledgment and just said next time book.

Staff were informative and helpful when it came to tech information. They even tested the products compatibility with my phone to ensure I didn’t have to come back to exchange. Customer service was especially good comparatively to other officeworks stores I’ve experienced.

Does anyone genuinely even work here? P.S.A. If an item online says it is in stock in store it actually means that it is not in stock because it is probably in the back and the staff here are to lazy to go look for it. They told me to go place a click and collect order and then they realised that it was in stock and then proceeded to go in the back and come back with the wrong item despite me giving them the exact product code of the item I wanted. A massive waste of my time as it seems like all the workers are just standing around the checkout chatting with each other while customers walk around the store clueless trying to find assistance.

Truly outstanding customer service from Nat. Was having trouble printing photos from Theun store kiosk. Nat stepped up, fixed the problem and made some really great suggestions. Caring, friendly and efficient. A great ambassador for the business with a big future in customer service.
