The staff service was very good and I ordered a brown sugar pearl milk tea. However, the pearls tasted like they were from the day before — like they had been refrigerated all day — so the texture was quite hard.

I usually do not order like this, the order yogurt products, I did not taste, Orders on the platform are treated differently, aren't they?I understand I ordered three cups more, but that's not why you add so much water, it tastes just water.As a regular customer, I also recommend friends, I will not drink again, very bad

Panntea used to be our go-to bubble tea spot, but unfortunately, that’s no longer the case. My wife and I loved coming here, especially because of their awesome promotions, which made it a great value for quality drinks. But when I visited today, I was surprised to find that the promotions were gone, and what was left was just standard bubble tea—at a noticeably higher price. The drinks themselves are still decent, but without the promotions, the pricing feels steep compared to other bubble tea spots offering similar or even better quality. What made Panntea stand out before was that perfect mix of affordability and good drinks, but now, it’s hard to justify coming back when there are so many other options around. It’s a huge shame because we used to visit all the time, and it was a spot we genuinely enjoyed. Hopefully, they consider bringing back the promotions or adjusting their pricing to make it more reasonable again. Until then, we’ll probably be looking elsewhere for our bubble tea fix.

I’m a regular at this bubble tea shop, and I’m always impressed with both the service and the drinks! The shop is consistently spotless, with a warm and inviting atmosphere. During one visit, I had a good chat with the friendly owner, who shared that they use fresh fruit in their drinks. It really makes a difference—you can taste the freshness in every sip! Highly recommend for all bubble tea fans!
