Always love this place. I always be a big fan of Pattison when I lived around north shore. Went to the shop today at Westfield as I know they do the best cake. Not disappointed, ricotta cheesecake was a delightful and good coffee. Staffs were well attentive and quick service. Definitely go back.

Whenever I visit Westfield Chatswood, I make a point of stopping at Pattinson Café for a Matcha Latte. Their drinks are consistently high quality, and I’ve found the same standard wherever I’ve come across their cafés. If I have a spare moment, it’s always a pleasure to sit down and enjoy a cuppa here.

The cashier was polite, but the service felt slow as she seemed unsure about how to process our order, which resulted in a long wait. The coffee was only warm, though the iced coffee was enjoyable. The crème brûlée and the almond–cherry tart were pleasant enough. The atmosphere was nice but nothing special. Not sure if we will return.

Stars only due to food being edible, Asked them to cut a pie so our girls could share it, took them bringing us the wrong pie, then a spare plate we didn’t ask for, then bringing us the pie in question again and saying “sorry we can’t cut it because it will ‘ruin it’”……. Like what’s gonna happen when we cut it…… Then went to have our tea, found the mug was still covered with coffee stains around the rim. The water cups also have floaties anf marks all over them…. Overall bad experience… would not return, was also going to buy some take home stuff but decided against it due to the experience.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent visit to this coffee shop. The experience was atrocious. I have bought several times but today I swear it’s the best experience I have ever had in my life time. Firstly, I observed the coffee maker did not wash her ( Asian young lady with glasses) hands properly after cleaning the bin, which raised concerns about cleanliness and hygiene. To make matters worse, when preparing my coffee, she spilled milk everywhere on the cup, making a mess that should have been avoided. Additionally, the coffee itself was not made properly—it was poorly brewed and didn’t taste like it should. To top it off, the same cloth that was used to wipe down the table was also used to wipe the coffee cup. This is unacceptable, as it compromises hygiene and customer safety. This experience was terrible, and I would never come back to this shop and recommend you guys not to come this coffee shop. I threw the coffee into bin straight away. It cost 13 bucks with two coffees.
