The duck was very good we shared one whole duck between 4 and it was a good amount. They also offered us to take the duck bones home. The beef we had was very tender and moist with good wok hei. The service throughout the night was great, and the desserts are chinese parents approved not too sweet. We spent $400 total but could have ordered more to be a bit more full as the portion sizes were not too big. Overall a great dining experience!

Celebrating our anniversary at Pearl Dining was such a memorable experience. The ambiance felt special yet relaxed, perfect for a romantic evening by the harbour. We absolutely loved the prawn dumplingsβ€”fresh, delicate, and packed with flavour. The wagyu in tangerine sauce was a standout, beautifully balanced with a rich, citrusy glaze. For dessert, the mango sago was refreshing and the perfect sweet finish. The lychee lux cocktail was also a highlightβ€”light, fragrant, and a great pairing with the meal. Service was prompt and attentive throughout the night, making everything feel seamless and well taken care of. Overall, it was a fantastic spot for a special occasion, and we’d happily come back again.

Tried Pearl Dining for the first time for my Dad’s 70th last night and it was excellent and everyone had so many great things to say about all the dishes. We are a Cantonese/HK family and initially sat down expecting a very western-targeted Cantonese fusion meal but were surprised by how good it was. Wouldn’t consider it fusion at all, maybe just Cantonese dishes with a twist or not super typical executions. We got the $148 banquet and it was very filling for our table of 10. Service was superb and we thank Evelyn for taking such good care of us. Maurice (?) was also lovely and upgraded us to a room without us requesting it which made the occasion even more special and comfortable, since we have a young baby in our family. Don’t love the 10% service charge and $5 cake fee per head but these are somewhat expected these days when you dine out so not a huge deal. Thank you so much for having us and we will sure to be back.

An excellent restaurant located on Quay quarter. Dumplings were all really nice as was the main dishes of toothfish and steak. The steak came with a delicious aged tangerine peel sauce. The fried rice was excellent with the requisite breath of the wok. The service was a standout, the head waiter went above and beyond for us, truly exceptional hospitality. Definitely worth a return.

I would love to say a big thank to you the manager Mauro he was superb with his attention to detail and gave us a very safe and friendly space. He gave us insight to our ordering and even said we might be ordering too much very professionally. We declined and said dont worry we can eat and so we did. For our first experience it was easily a 10/10 experience especially considering i am an extremely picky person yet everything i had was legit a 10/10 no kidding. Ive heard a lot of great things about this restaurant and safe to say the food was some of the best myself and my partner has ever had. Ive recommended this restaurant to friends and family instantly. I hope the owners give the manager the recognition he deserves. He was an absolute gem of a person and the way he carried himself with pure charisma 2nd to none. Mauro I applaud you and thank you for making this valentines and anniversary dinner unforgettable. I will be back no doubt about that and I cannot stress enough what having a person with that energy and especially he was running around and im sure he was tired but still showed class and a level of professionalism that I haven't experienced in a lot of high end resta
