Kristen is AMAZING! She quickly identifies and treats the issue and is one of the best physio's I have seen... Most recently my legs were RUINED after Boston Marathon and she was able to dry needle, release and massage them back so I could also do the Hoka Half Marathon 10 days later (of course no physio is going to recommend this turnaround but Kristen accepts this is what you are going to do and helps you get moving again!) - she also identifies the cause of the issue and gives exercises to strengthen and hopefully avoid the same issue happening again. Thank you!

The best in the city!!! I’ve been seeing Tim for over 7 years. Both he and his team have helped me beyond belief, quite literally!!! After rupturing a disk in my neck, 3 neurosurgeons all said I needed a spinal fusion. I was in crippling nerve pain for years. Through both my determination not to get surgery and the teams dry needling, rehab practices, and care, I avoided the surgery, am pain free and the strongest I’ve ever been! The have also nursed me through numerous football injuries. The homework video platform they provide for individual injuries is second to none. I couldn’t be more satisfied. Not only are they all incredible practitioners ,being greeted with friendly smiles and genuine excitement to heal clients. I could not recommend physio fitness highly enough. 10 stars

I have been receiving physio treatment from Tim at Physio Fitness for over a year since having back surgery (discectomy) and the rehabilitation has been fantastic. He treats the whole body and person and tailored a recovery plan that has been such a great help to get me back to my fitness levels and goals! I would highly recommend Tim for any injuries you may have. He sends videos of how to do the exercises which are a great help to make sure I have the correct dorm. I can’t speak more highly of Tim and his professionalism and dedication. Thank you again Tim!

I’ve been seeing Tim Keeley at Physio Fitness Bondi Junction for well over 10 years for various injuries, and I can’t recommend him highly enough. Before finding Tim, I had tried many different physios without lasting success. Tim has not only consistently treated my injuries effectively, but he also designs specific rehab programs tailored to each issue, ensuring strength and mobility are properly restored. What really sets Tim apart is his focus on lasting solutions. His approach means you’re not stuck attending endless treatment sessions, he equips you with realistic, practical exercises that support long-term recovery and self-management. It’s a genuinely empowering and sustainable way to rehabilitate. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Tim and the entire team at Physio Fitness Bondi Junction.

I had my first appointment with Tim for a lingering shoulder issue. He was very thorough, going through all the issues with me. He has targetted the problem & has designed a program for me to get me back into all the activities I love doing. I highly recommend Tim!
