Quite possibly the worst gym I’ve ever been in. Machines are terrible, old and dirty. The gym stinks especially near the bench press downstairs and isn’t a pleasant training experience. Barely lasted 15 mins before I had to get out of there for my own health. Would not recommend at all.

For a minute, it looked like the owners and team cared about the gym, and put in new equipment. But over the past 3-mths, it's clear that they don't. The toilets are disgusting, and haven't been cleaned in weeks (same dirt has been visible on the toilet for weeks). Whilst i have no issue with kids being in the gym, this needs to be controlled. Today, i catch a weight from falling on my foot, because a child was benching, so lop sided it slid off of the bar. Not only is this insanely dangerous for the children, it's dangerous for other members now. Sort it out Plus Fitness before it's too late.

Just joined Fitness First and really impressed so far! The management team looked after me from day one and made the whole sign-up process easy. The gym gets busy at times, but everyone’s considerate and always happy to share equipment. Great atmosphere and friendly staff happy to be a member.

This is a smaller gym but has all the equipment you need. It is unpretentious and welcoming, Jason at the front desk is super helpful. The clientele are friendly and the atmosphere is chill. Most of the equipment has been updated in the last month and the space feels like its had a clean makeover.

Not a good gym. Small, dark, smelly, inefficient layout, machines and equipment are broken (see picture).
