I had the rudest experience ever yesterday while shopping with my friends 2 workers were just busy talking to each other and looked at me in a disgusted way when I approached them and the worker was like are u alright rolling her eyes saying it in a annoyed way I was waiting for them to finish their stupid conversation to ask if they had a top available and she was like no but go to the front their are other colors like hello what are u supposed to do just stand there and talk. Very unprofessional and just continued talking to the other worker and weren’t helpful to anyone in the store hopefully this store can hire some nicer people

I had such a great experience in store at bondi today!! Storm and bronte were amazing!! Storm went out of her way to search for a top that I really wanted!! and bronte was amazing on the counter, both were so lovely and patient!!

Such a good experience every time I go in this shop! Such lovely girls working in there and nothing is too much, they’re always willing to help. Go in often and always get really good service no matter how busy they are.

Really loved my visit to the Princess Polly store, came in on opening week and there was a really cool vibe , friendly staff, clean and tidy shop front, I tried on a few dresses - the fitting rooms and the girls helping me was really nice. Came again in January when it was a little quieter and was greeted on arrival asked if I needed help and assisted again in the fitting rooms, will definitely be back
