I had a great experience in Rebel Chatswood today. I went to buy sneakers and was served by a young man called Ayaan K. He was attentive as needed and knew about the sneakers on display. Every request for another size was greeted with a smile and an “of course”. He brought out around 8 different pairs with a great attitude. Please employ more staff like Ayaan. And no I don’t know him. It was the first time we’ve met 👍⭐️ I love my new sneakers. Thank you Ayaan

Visited around 11am today and the in-store experience was very poor. There were no staff available on the floor to assist, despite multiple customers needing help. At the checkout, a queue of around 6–8 people had formed with only one staff member serving, despite the store having numerous registers. For a major sports retailer, I’d expect significantly better staffing levels and customer support, especially during busy periods.

Lan and Belly we're very friendly helping me search for the products that I wanted. Very friendly and always with a smile. Outstanding customer service. I had such a fantastic experience at Rebel Sport thanks to one outstanding employee! Although he was wearing another worker’s name tag that said “Monir,” he truly deserves recognition for his exceptional service. From the moment I walked in, he was incredibly welcoming and attentive. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable about the products, but he went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed. He answered all my questions with patience, offered helpful recommendations, and made the entire shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. On top of his professionalism, he had absolutely stunning good looks and a warm, friendly smile that made the interaction even more pleasant. It’s rare to come across someone who combines such outstanding customer service with such a charismatic presence as well as being a figure comparable to marlon as he also had a fresh buzz cut which could split planets with its geometrical design. Whoever he is, he’s a real asset to the team. I’ll definitely be coming back because of the amazing service I received. 5 stars all the way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This was a terrible experience. This man named Mark kicked us out of the store because we needed to find our friend, Mark, and he thought we were talking about him because he thinks the world revolves around him. He then called security on us for trying to explain ourselves. This was all shocking. He has extreme anger issues, and I don’t believe he is a suitable employee for loyal customers who have spent hundreds at Rebel. I don’t have a picture of him but looking at the other reviews I found this image and it seems that a lot of people do not think this employee is suitable.
