Highly recommended. ​Good communication and incredible packaging—honestly better than buying direct from the brand. ​I bought a Six Zero pickleball paddle online, and they kept me updated about the delivery time frame as it was on back order. The price was great, and the packaging was top-notch: the paddle came in a Six Zero bubble satchel, safely placed inside a sturdy shipping box and signature required. ​My partner bought a higher-end paddle ($275) directly from the Six Zero website, and we were shocked that Six Zero only shipped it in the bubble satchel with no box for protection and no signature required. ​Will definitely buy from tennis only again.

I purchased a Wilson Rush Pro 5 from Tennis Only. Within the span of one month, after buying it, I used it only four times, and in those four uses, the shoe tore. When I went to the store to resolve the issue—asking either for a replacement or a refund, since it was still within one month—I was met with no real response. The store just asked for my phone number, said they would process it, and contact me later. I firmly believe that a shoe with this poor quality should have been replaced immediately. Even after speaking with the store manager, Mr. Jason Chau, no action was taken. This store, despite having management, provided very poor customer service, and I am sharing this experience with full conviction so that others are aware of this unfair treatment.

This review is for the Online team and not the Chatswood store. AVOID ORDERING ONLINE. I have held a preferred partner account for 6+ years with Tennis Only. The interactions over the years were always been positive and I found the team to be excellent. Until recently … Sadly (and this is corroborated with other negative reviews) the customer service team are majorly letting the side down. I ordered T-shirts which were too large and a return/refund was requested. After a week of chasing, two of the shirts were found to have dog hair on them (I do not own a dog) and a refund was refused. When I requested photos of the hair, the issue was minimal to the point that it would take longer to take a photo than to remove someone else’s dog hair. After trying to advise them that these shirts are likely not mine, I eventually gave up and asked for a refund for partial order. Tennis Only then had the cheek to ask me if I want the shirts back and tried to deduct $15 from the refund. (the shirts that are too large and come with someone else’s dog’s hair on them). I will never order from Tennis Only again. A complaint has been lodged with fair trading.

I visited the store close to closing time yesterday to try on some tennis shoes, and I was genuinely impressed by the level of service and professionalism. The staff were incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and helpful, even though it was near the end of the day. They took the time to understand my foot shape, comfort needs, and playing style. Wilson rush pro 5 ! is great

I purchased a racquet from them and also requested stringing. I clearly mentioned that I am a beginner and preferred a balanced tension. However, the stringing was done at a much higher, more aggressive tension, which is more suitable for advanced players. When I returned to raise the issue and showed them the racquet, they did not take responsibility and instead tried to find excuses. Overall, the experience was a bit disappointing.
