Worst car park EVER tried parking there Saturday night there’s no clear exit or anything. There was this dumb girl ( forgot her name) she wouldn’t open the gate no matter what I was there for less than 5 minutes COULDN’T BREATH and I told her that, I tapped my card multiple times she insisted on confirming that it was me honestly so stupid fire her.

I accidentally parked in here after pre-paying for Wilson next door. You have a 10min grace period before being charged. Unfortunately I couldn't exit in that time as I got lost in the labyrinth of stairwells. If it weren't for a nice lady who worked in the building I'd probably be decomposing in the bowels of this basement. Avoid this garage.

Usually don't leave reviews but had to post one to warn people. Don't bother with parking lot, drive up or prepay. Late on a Saturday night, this place was already filled up with only a couple of dozen tight spots. Whether you prepaid or drive up, be prepared to lose min $25 even if there is no available spot. Couldn't believe it when I even saw a guys car get hit by the boom gates. All the negative reviews are actually true! Please avoid, you've been warned

The boom gate at this car park is TERRIBLE! Takes forever to open and then when trying to drive out, it is timed not sensored so it collapsed onto my car. I contacted complaints and customer service multiple times for a refund and was in contact with Mikee who asked for evidence and my payment but then have been ghosted since October!

Worse Car park ever - my car was damaged, because another vehicle parked over the lines and hemmed me in. 2 months ago this happened, $700 damage to my car, cant get a call cant get a response cant get any assistance. They forced me to park there in the tight bay, said i would be fine to get out and no one was around in the evening, and i was not fine to get out! The attendant took photos and filled out an incident report, seen the damage, clearly understood where i was coming from, then said the manager would call by the end of the week ....2 months later ..NOTHING! They are cowboys and think they have no responsibility for a damaged vehicle - they are happy to charge a premium for a car park that smells like urine, has tiny spots and crap service. if you are smart park at Wilsons a few doors down. Pathetic service and i will now lodge my complaint with Fair Trading!
