Negative reviews are valid. System set up to rort people. Purchased via app for flat rate on weekend with exit before evening. Purchase approved on app. On exit car park charged an additional $40 on top of the flat rate. Checked email and terms were different from app. I didn’t bother arguing with attendant who was unhelpful and rude. My weekend time is more valuable and I didn’t want to hold up the families behind me. Car park’s loss at the end of the day as I park daily in the CBD for work.

I agree with the other reviews where they mention that the ramps are very narrow, I park in the CBD often and this car park is the narrowest I’ve been in, also not a fan of the 1.85m limit either, this is not convenient for anyone with a 4WD.

We booked an overnight (24hr) park for $30 and paid $30. We accessed the car park without issue using the qr code provided. The access ramp is pretty narrow though. It was fine for our rental kia cerato, but I think my subaru xv with bullbar would struggle to fit, and your larger 4wd/ute almost certainly won't.

UTE PARKING - Please read in full. Triton Ute, height wasn't an issue and the parking spaces were really spacious. Surprisingly spacious on Lv5 Clean parking garage, felt safe, didn't have concerns. If I was in a car, I would assume my rating would be a 5. The only "issue", and in fairness it was a challenge, not an issue. The ramps down, and corners as you progress up and down were VERY tight. At times I had to do 3-5 point turns to confidently get around the tight corners. That's the only reason I gave it 4/5 not 5/5. Sure it was $60, but that is average if not better than other places. Location was good. I would park here again If in a ute, just take your time. Tight corners, which are annoying, but doable.
