Tried the tiger Oreo and it was quite good. But was quite sweet and sweetness and ice levels cannot be modified. Otherwise quite clean, got bins, got large and small straw, free dog and cat stickers and a loyalty card for the 12th drink that gets you a free upsize. Very close to the light rail stop and just downstairs from the uni. Plenty of seats available, laptop and phone charging available while you work.

Ordered bubble tea from here multiple times. It's a 50/50 if your order is correct and never tastes the same as the last order. Today we received our order with Aloe Vera jelly. After eating the first few jellies and getting a fizzy sensation from eating them, I realised something was not right. We separated the drink from the jelly and the jelly smells like yeast and was carbonated. It is fermented and off. Will attempt to get a refund off Uber and happy to provide the restaurant with the expired jelly as proof as we have kept it aside. Franchisee literally does not care about the quality, serving out of date items is unacceptable. Save yourself the trouble and order 2 minutes away from the Westfield store. This place needs to be shut down. Disgusting and inconsistent over the numerous orders we placed throughout the year.

On Thursday, 15 May at around 4:30 PM, I walked in to buy a bubble tea. The staff member completely ignored me and kept chatting with their colleague. Even after I placed my order, they asked me again what I wanted, then went straight back to chatting. There were no other customers, but it took much longer than it should have because they were too busy talking instead of working. This kind of attitude shows a lack of respect for customers, and honestly, staff like this should not be in customer service.

Twice I've bought large milk tea with toppings and both times the topping was so little to none even though I've paid for them! First time I thought it was the worker issue and second time I asked the worker if the toppings are correct because it's so little. Worker responded yes both sizes have the same amount of toppings. (The toppings just filled the indent area at the bottom of the cup) for a large drink that is all gone in 1-2 sips! I'm never coming here again and I'll be telling my colleagues not to come here because there's so many options down the road and this place is not good value for money. Update: after sending the photo and receipt was told it’s been forwarded to the branch - still not response from branch regarding this issue.
