I’ve been going to Studio Red for about a month now, and I’m honestly obsessed. The space itself is beautiful, calming, and such a joy to walk into, but what’s made the biggest difference for me is the classes they are absolutely incredible, encouraging, and Libby is extremely knowledgeable Every class with her feels intentional, challenging in the best way! Couldn't recommend it enough!

I highly recommend Studio Red to everyone!! I’ve tried several studios, and this is by far the best for hot Pilates and HIIT classes. You can truly feel how much effort Libby puts into planning each class, and her energy is unmatched. The cold towel at the end is an amazing bonus and always puts me in the best mood to kick start my day.

Absolutely love the classes at Studio Red. The intensity is spot on and Libby is an amazing instructor - she takes the time to talk you through every move and always offers modifications so you can work at your own level while still being challenged. I also love the red light therapy element! ❤️‍🔥

Honestly, the best Pilates class I’ve ever done, Libby is so professional and such a lovely person! LOVED the attention to detail in warm up and warm down, I had such an amazing work out, definitely felt the burn and the ice cold towel meditation at the end was the cherry on the cake for me! 1000/10 ❤️‍🔥

Absolutely LOVE studio red! Libby is super welcoming and gives helpful explanations throughout the class. I’ve been coming for a few months now and have felt heaps of improvement in my core strength, energy, and mobility. The red lights + cold scented towels are amazing, honestly just come try it for yourself 🌟🔥💛
