I decided to try this place this evening because I wanted a specific haircut and was happy to pay the premium price of $69. I showed Alana a photo of my previous haircut and explained that it didn’t need to be a skin fade, a 0.5 fade was fine. Instead, she shaved the entire sides of my head to a 0.5 with no fade or blending at all. I stopped the haircut as soon as I realised what was happening, but by then it was too late. I didn’t want to make a scene, so I just paid and left. Really really disappointed, especially given the price and the complete mismatch with what I had asked and expected. Not coming back and feel absolutely ripped off, I hope the owner can make this right.

Tried this place the first time. Loved a nice, quick, and organized service. John was friendly and asking me questions through each steps of haircut in case if it’s okay for me to continue. Loved the new hairstyle, will come back again

Had to get a second haircut to fix what this barber did to my hair. Firstly, I don’t know what they washed my hair with but my hair felt like straw for the rest of the day. I asked to trim the back and blend it with the top but he cut all the hair to finish at the same line. No blending or layering. The back of my head looked like a bob see image. I timed the haircut. Between the start, wash, haircut and when I paid $75, was less than 18 minutes! Edit: I received a text message from a friend before I walked in and the bank timestamp when I paid (bank app shows exactly the time and date when I paid). The time difference between those 2 was 18 minutes.

I’ve been coming here for over 6 years now and the quality has never dropped below 5 star. There’s always extra care and consideration from Nick and the rest of the crew. You’re never made to feel like just another customer, there is a genuine love for the craft.
