I have been attending The Eye Practice for almost 10 years, and now travel from Newcastle to Sydney for my appointments. I have tried elsewhere over the years, but the service, knowledge and skill at The Eye Practice is unmatched. Natasha consistently does everything she can to provide the best solution for my individual condition. I highly recommend her.

I’ve been a loyal customer of The Eye Practice since it opened over 20 years ago, and I couldn’t be happier with the care I’ve received. Dr Jim, the optometrist, has been looking after my eye health even before he opened his own practice, and his expertise is second to none. Nicole is always on hand to help me choose the perfect frames and sunglasses, ensuring that I look great and feel comfortable. What I appreciate most is the high-quality lenses they provide. I can always rely on them for the best, specialized lenses for my glasses. The Eye Practice has consistently delivered outstanding service, and I’m grateful to have such a trusted team taking care of my eye health. Highly recommended!

I can’t recommend The Eye Practice enough. I recently had a severe red eye that got worse after being prescribed drops I turned out to be allergic to. I was in a lot of pain and couldn’t get an online booking, but the team kindly squeezed me in when I walked in the next morning. Dr Jim was incredibly thorough, explained everything clearly. He never rushes appointments and always makes sure you truly understand what’s going on. You can tell he genuinely cares. I’ve been seeing him and the team for years and they are consistently knowledgeable, professional and genuinely caring. By far the best optometrist I’ve been to.

I can’t recommend Natasha from The Eye Practice highly enough! She is so lovely, professional, and genuinely caring. Natasha has helped me regain vision in my “bad” eye(keratoconus) with a custom lens and I can’t thank her enough because as a result, I now have my dream job! If you’re looking for an eye specialist who is knowledgeable, compassionate, and meticulous, Natasha is absolutely fantastic! I’m so happy I found her! Woo!

What a great clinic. We are tourists visiting Sydney and my partner got something in her eye, which became very painful. We looked for an optometrist nearby and chose The Eye Practice because of all their good reviews. We received the same compassionate service that the other clients had mentioned. As a business owner myself, I know how tricky it can be to squeeze an unexpected appointment into a busy schedule but these folks graciously accommodated with care and it saved our trip. The business looks very nice inside and you can tell that it is run well. Thank you!
