Threefold Pastry never disappoints! All the pastries are beautifully made, fresh and full of flavour. You can really tell that a lot of craftsmanship goes into every item. Their almond croissant and apple crumble are absolute classics and always a must-have. The monthly special, the Tim Tam Log, is incredibly delicious and such a creative treat. The banoffee pie, with its subtle hint of nutmeg, is perfectly balanced and full of flavour, and the almond pear pastry is such a unique combination that really stands out. The coffee is consistently excellent and pairs perfectly with the pastries. The front-of-house team is always friendly, welcoming, and incredibly efficient β service is quick without ever feeling rushed, making every visit a pleasure. You can really tell how much passion and care goes into both the food and the customer experience. Highly recommend for anyone who loves exceptional pastries and great coffee!

My family and I visited THREEFOLD PASTRY for the first time after walking past and noticing how busy it was. We thought weβd give it a try, and weβre glad we did. We ordered the chicken pie, and it was absolutely delicious. The filling was flavourful, and the pastry was beautifully flaky and fresh. We also tried a selection of their pastries, and everything tasted freshly made, clean, and of high quality. You can really tell they put care into their baking. The cashier who served us was friendly, welcoming, and provided great customer service, which made our first visit even more enjoyable. The only reason Iβm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the coffee wasnβt quite to my taste. It wasnβt bad by any meansβjust not the style or flavour I personally prefer. It was still perfectly drinkable, just not as impressive as the food. Overall, we had a lovely experience and would definitely come back for the pies and pastries. If youβre looking for a tasty breakfast or a quick bite, especially if youβre near Parramatta Train Station, Iβd definitely recommend stopping by. The location is very convenient, the bakery has a great atmosphere, and the food is well worth trying.

SO MANY GOOD PASTRIESSS! Itβs a small space with nowhere to sit but there were so many people coming here to grab a coffee or pastry with friends and colleagues so the atmosphere was super lively and busy. But the workers were really nice in serving and helping everyone out, and they were quite quick too. HAVE TO RECOMMEND the apple crumble bun and almond croissant. all the pastries are super thick and fluffy, and there was such a good amount of filling in each one

The apple crumble croissant is a must try. Filled with apple cinnamon and topped with a delicious apple crumble. The yoghurt and granola topped with berries is also a good way to start the day

Iβve always walked past Threefold Pastry but never got around to trying it β until now. Wow. The pastries were absolutely insane β flaky, buttery, and seriously some of the best Iβve had in Sydney. Each one felt like it was made with care and attention, and the flavours just hit perfectly. The pies were another highlight β sooo darn good and honestly close to the quality youβd expect in New Zealand. Crispy, hearty, and full of flavour, they were exactly what I was craving. Overall, Threefold Pastry is a must-visit for anyone who loves pastries or pies. Incredible quality, standout flavours, and an experience that makes you glad you finally stopped in. Iβll definitely be coming back again soon. π₯π₯§
