Had food there couple times but always served with bad attitude. Most of the time the roll hits the spot but it's repeated now that they keep on messing up the order. So I am sick of it. I specifically asked for no spice, the young lady was very annoyed but agreed. When I got home, it was loaded, like actually filled with chill. I could not eat the roll at all. It was not busy at the time and I was the only customer there. I don't think there is an excuse for that.

Yeah my first Banh Mi and I was not disappointed, that was delicious. The place is very popular which is a great sign.

I’ve visited Vina Bakehouse several times, mostly for their fresh bread, and it’s always been great. Recently I tried their grilled pork roll and crispy pork roll, and both were amazing. The portion was generous, the ingredients were fresh, and the flavours were spot on. The staff are friendly too, which makes the whole experience even better. A solid spot in Chatswood for good bread and delicious banh mi.

2026-04: Tried the Bánh mì Roast Pork and Grilled Pork ($12 each). The fillings were generous and surprisingly tasty. No wonder they’re so popular, even though it’s not a Vietnamese shop. Keen to go back and try the other flavours next time. 2026-03: I noticed their baked goods (bread, pastries, and cakes) were on sale on a Sunday afternoon. I was definitely tempted by the wide selection of pastries, but I opted for the 680g sliced bread instead, grabbing both white and wholemeal for just $2.50 a loaf. I'm not sure what the regular price is, but $2.50 is excellent value—significantly cheaper than similar products at Woolworths or Coles.

3.7 - I came across this shop at Happy Hour on a Saturday, and picked up a loaf of Dark Sourdough/Rye Bread(?) with Pumpkin and sesame seeds. It's good value and it's my standard purchase now.
