had double Lasik done by Dr. Tess, she is a genius at her art and very caring to her patients. pre and post treatment care is fantastic too. The staff at Hurstville and Chatswood are excellent too, Jennifer and the rest are all top notch.

Mum has been seeing Dr Schiller for a few years now. He is caring, professional and has a great “bedside manner” with his patients. The nursing team who do the eye testing are also incredible. Genuine care for Mum every time we visit. Specifically want to call out Sarah who is very patient with Mum, who sometimes takes a while to process & respond. Sarah clearly communicates what’s coming next and was so warm & friendly! Thank you team 🩵

I have been to many eye clinics & have never felt so comfortable about getting eye tests. Dr Tess Huynh & Dr Sarah Liao were both friendly & extremely helpful. All the staff were nice & reassuring as well, comforting me when I couldn’t see all the letters during my vision check. Would highly recommend this clinic to anyone!

I initially sought laser eye surgery at Vision Eye Institute last year. Dr. Michael Lawless advised that, with my high prescription (R-8.25, L-8.5), Implantable Contact Lenses (ICLs) would provide a better outcome with full correction. The process moved swiftly, and I was booked for surgery on July 23rd. My surgeon, Dr. Tess Huynh, was exceptional. Despite an issue with high eye pressure requiring going back into surgery to ensure everything was perfect (which thankfully it was), Dr. Huynh’s thoroughness and focus on my eye health were evident and reassuring. The next day, my vision was already 20/20. While medication was needed for persistent high eye pressure, after a couple of months everything was normal, and more than 6 months later my vision is even better than 20/20. ICL surgery has been life-changing for me - someone who has always had a high-prescription and relied on contact lenses or glasses to function. I'm grateful to Dr. Tess and her team's expertise and outstanding care.
