I walked into the shop out of curiosity and ended up purchasing the most beautiful necklace for my mum. Amina was incredibly helpful throughout the entire experience. She took the time to understand what I was looking for and helped me find the perfect necklace within my budget. Vollé Jewellery one of the most well known and amazing thing about australia is the opal, especially the black opal that are mined only in selected mines in australia. they are getting harder and harder to find. the amazing infinite colors and fires popping out of each opal is absolutely mesmerizing and magical. this is our first trip to australia (sydney, then palm cove to see the great barrier reef). eagerly looking forward to learning more about opal especially the black ones from here. if we are fortunate enough to be paired with a beautiful black opal or two, that would be an amazing addition to our growing collection. upon exploring the cbd off chinatown area, we ran into this very special corner where Vollé jewellery is located. we climbed in and immediately greeted welcomingly by the ladies behind the counter. flor with the help of marion, were extremely helpful. she enquired upon what we are interested in and proceeded to explain thoroughly the many different opals, their origins, their compositions and also how to determine if an opal is a custom jewelry - man made to the real mined gems. we eventually moved to the main showroom that was expansive, historical and b

Do not come to this shop if you don’t want to be mesmerized by the jewelry selections and the amazing service they provide! We were looking for an opal stone in a silver ring and had visited multiple shops in the area without being impressed by their selections. Finally, we decided to try one more shop in the corner, expecting similar results, but it was a completely different experience. We were greeted and immediately assisted by Natsuko, who was very patient with our choices and did her best to find the perfect opal ring for us. This was the best service we had received; she showed us multiple options, along with their prices and sizes. We took some time to think about our selections and walked out for a while to consider our decision. When we returned, we had one ring in mind. Natsuko served us with a smile, genuinely happy to provide a reasonable price that fit our budget. She also explained the difference between solid opal and triplet opal. We left as very happy customers. I even recommended her service to a lady who had just entered the shop, and I hope she took my advice to buy from Natsuko.
